ICICI Venture Sells Unit To Pfizer

ICICI Venture Funds Management has sold Vetnex Animal Health to Pfizer Animal Health, The Wall Street Journal reports.

ICICI Venture Funds Management has sold Vetnex Animal Health to Pfizer Animal Health, The Wall Street Journal reports. The size of the deal, terms of which have not been revealed, is expected to be $79.4 million.

Vetnex is a unit of RFCL, which ICICI Bank’s venture capital unit bought in 2005 for $26.5 million. Pfizer Animal Health is a business unit of Pfizer.
