George Graham, the former managing director of Fortress Investment Group’s Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund, is following an entirely different career path with his latest job. Graham has been named CEO of Concierge Auctions, the three-year-old luxury real estate auction group of Sotheby’s International Realty that focuses on unloading multimillion dollar properties that are unlikely to sell in the traditional real estate market.
