Bottles in the closet

July 01, 2010   Lawrence Delevingne

Philip Falcone of Harbinger Capital Partners is making big changes to his family's $49 million Upper East Side mansion.

Falcone and his wife, Lisa Marie, bought the property from Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione in 2008 and have been living nearby while the 25,726-square-foot estate is renovated.

According to the New York Post, those renovations include a new master bedroom—which takes up the entire third floor—complete with two bathrooms, a study, a balcony, and two walk-in closets, one of which comes with its own bar. The Falcones will share the space with their five-year-old twin daughters and pet pig.
