Boone Pickens bets Jim Cramer $100 that his energy plan will pass Congress by Memorial Day

A stalled Pickens Plan could be a boon to Jim Cramer. The TV stock pundit (and onetime hedge fund manager) has taken the other side of a bet from former oil magnate and hedge fund manager T. Boone Pickens that his energy plan, which promotes wind energy and natural gas as oil alternatives, will pass Congress by Memorial Day. Pickens has spent $62 million pushing the plan.
